Lelit Bianca is a no-compromise machine for experienced home baristas. Using the wooden paddle on the E61 group you adjust water flow onto the coffee in real time, up to 10 bar, and shape every shot: gentle pre-infusion, gradual ramp-up, decline at the end.

Two stainless steel boilers (800 ml coffee, 1.5 L steam) with dual PID ensure stable temperature and simultaneous brewing and steaming. The LCC control centre sets temperatures, pre-infusion time, shot timer and dose counters.
