The E37Z Barista has 83 mm flat steel burrs designed for low friction and an even grind. The patented SweepOut Dual-Spin function runs the motor in reverse after grinding to clear the chamber, so the next dose is always fresh.

Stepless QuickSet adjustment and a colour touch screen make it easy to program single, double and triple doses, or to grind in manual and single-dose mode.
