Featuring either a brushed chrome, a matte black or the white finish and the Signature copper-plated portafilter base, any Flair Signature will be the centerpiece of your kitchen or coffee station. Each Signature comes ready with a stainless steel screen, the Bottomless 2-in-1 Portafilter, and the custom pressure gauge, to produce the very best in espresso.

Pressure Kit Model (Black, White or Chrome): Upgrades to include the custom pressure gauge, with a targeted range for espresso between 6-9 BAR, exactly that needed to brew cafe-quality shots. Also includes a piston stem and a stainless steel plunger. The Pressure Kit allows for immediate feedback while brewing, to aid in targeting a well-balanced and precise extraction.
