Bianca is an espresso machine without compromises, with E61 group, manual control of the water flow and dual boiler.
It has been created for those expert baristas that know how to get the best out of every coffee.

PADDLE CONTROLLED COFFEE FLOW

By turning the paddle the user changes, in real time, the water flow on the coffee until 10 bar are reached.
This way each barista/user can regulate the extraction manually to get the best possible result in the cup with every type of coffee blend.

WOOD KNOBS AND DETAILS FILTERHOLDER
Knobs, extraction lever, feet are in a wood, especially treated to withstand high temperatures.

LCC - LELIT CONTROL CENTER
LCC enables the control of different parameters such as coffee extraction temperature and steam temperature regulations, pre-infusion time, service boiler switch on and off, coffee extraction chronometer, stand-by times and total and partial dose counters.

FILTERHOLDER
58mm filterholder with wood handle and Coffee Slide spout. This patented spout guides
the coffee into the cup and actively contributes in the espresso creation.
Progressive inclination, slide length and open surfaces are masterfully calibrated to get the best possible result.

WATER TANK WITH AUTOMATIC COUPLING
Instead of direct water connection, it is possible to use the water tank with automatic switch. This can be easily placed and removed to facilitate its cleaning.
It is outside the appliance body, so that the water does not get too warm and can be placed on any of the three appliance body sides.

DUAL BOILER
Two separate boilers, one for steam and hot water and one dedicated to the coffee extraction.
This gives more temperature stability and enables the simultaneous brewing of the coffee and frothing of the milk.
