The Profitec Drive has separate boilers for coffee (0.75 L) and steam (2 L), so you can pull espresso and steam milk at the same time. Dual PID sets the temperatures independently, and the OLED display doubles as a shot timer.

With the flow control device on the E61 group and the pressure gauge, you can vary the flow during extraction and experiment with pre-infusion and pressure profiles.
