DiFluid R2 Extract – Coffee TDS Refractometer
Measure the strength (TDS) of your espresso and filter coffee with precision, and let the numbers guide you to the perfect extraction.
±0.03% TDS accuracy | 4 sec Test time | 0–30% TDS range | IP67 Water resistant |
Why measure TDS
TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) tells you how strong your coffee is, meaning what percentage of the drink is dissolved coffee solids. Combined with your dose and beverage weight, it lets you calculate extraction yield and see whether a coffee is under- or over-extracted.
With the R2 Extract you don't rely on taste alone: you dial in grind, ratio and time with objective data and repeat the same result every day.
Key features
Lab-grade accuracy ±0.03% TDS accuracy, ±0.02% precision and 0.01% resolution, with a CMOS sensor. | Fast readings Results in just 4 seconds, with three modes: Standard, Multi-test and Auto-test. |
