Grind drifts throughout the day: temperature, humidity, coffee freshness and burr wear all move the result. Until now the barista had to correct it by hand, again and again.

The Sync Scale records the data from every extraction and sends it to Mahlkönig's compatible Grind-by-Sync grinders. The grinder adjusts the burr setting so every shot stays on target without constant intervention.

How it works

Connect the scale to WiFi and to your Grind-by-Sync grinder through the Sync app.
Set your target recipe (dose, yield, time).
Pull your espresso on the scale: it records weight and extraction time.
The grinder receives the data and automatically adjusts the grind for the next dose.
