Precise extraction control

The Hipster Puls allows the key parameters affecting the final cup profile to be adjusted independently. Water temperature, flow rate and extraction time can be configured according to the coffee and the selected recipe.

Three brewing phases

The brewing process is divided into three separate phases:

• Pre-brew: initial saturation of the ground coffee
• Extraction: main brewing phase
• End phase: final stage of the brewing cycle

Different temperature and flow settings can be applied during each phase, providing greater control over the final flavour profile.

8 programmable recipes

The brewer can store up to 8 different recipes, allowing each coffee to be prepared using its ideal brewing parameters.

Recipes can be configured with either a constant water flow or an interval-based pulse flow, depending on the desired extraction style.
