R58 has the option to operate with one or two boilers at the same time, temperature on both boilers is controlled via a pid temperature controller, all these come in a package of a high quality grade stainless steel body with a astonishing finish

R58 V2 has a more sturdy and strong bodywork in which the factory installed nylon insulation for a better tightness in the drain tray In which a magnetic switch is now installed for better grip of the drain tray. The bodywork material is high quality stainless steel with a inox cup rail.

Additionally main board got upgraded for a even better steam and coffee temperature controll.

• Group type - Preinfusion system

R58 comes with a E61 grouphead installed made solely of brass with a total weight of 4.05kg. A brass mass that maximizes temperature stability. This type of group comes with a double preinfusion system made of the combination of a small piston and a static preinfusion chamber, this type of system maximizes aroma and flavor extraction. This specific grouphead and preinfusion system gives us the ability to prepare the coffee bed before the water comes in full 9 pressure from the pump, a very important option that he,pa us to reduce channeling in our coffee extraction.

• Double Boiler technology

Ένας ηλεκτρονικός επεξεργαστής ελέγχει την ποσότητα του νερού στο boiler του καφέ και στο boiler του ατμού. Επίσης προειδοποιεί όταν υπάρχει μικρή ποσότητα νερού στο ντεπόζιτο.
